Step 1: Submit your application via the Lucem Health website

Begin your journey by completing the membership application form. Please provide detailed information about your organization, the healthcare challenges you are addressing, and your position within the healthcare ecosystem. We will use this information to better understand your organization’s unique offerings and expertise.

Step 2: Await our response and review the required documentation

Upon receiving your application, the Innovation Collaborative team will carefully review your submission. We will then provide you with the necessary documentation to complete your registration as a prospective Innovation Collaborative member.

Step 3: Complete the Innovation Collaborative documentation and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

To protect the confidentiality of our network and its members, you will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) upon completing the documentation. Once both the documentation and the NDA are completed, we will open up your access to healthcare’s premier AI collaborative group.

Step 4: Collaborate on solution development opportunities

The Lucem Health team is dedicated to assisting you in identifying immediate and long-term solution development opportunities. We will work closely with you to determine the best course of action, whether through collaboration with existing Innovation Collaborative members or by introducing you to new organizations that align with your objectives.
